About
Sari is an experienced yoga teacher, teaching Hatha and Vinyasa-based yoga since 2004.
Her teaching style is personalised and she works closely with each student to ensure their well-being, safety and to allow them to deepen their practice. With an intuitive approach, the rhythm of each class is adapted to the needs of the group and to the individual students.
Sari teaches in the international organisations in Geneva as well as evening classes open to the public and also gives private classes. She regularly holds workshops and retreats where students are introduced to all aspects of yoga practice, including meditation and pranayama.
Having completed a specialisation in Yoga for Cancer Patients, Sari also works with cancer patients and recoverers on an individual and small group basis.
Sari teaches in English and French.
